ALL PROCEDURES REQUIRE A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO SECURE AN APPOINTMENT TIME.  DEPOSIT INCREASES FOR MULTIPLE SERVICES AND LARGE WEDDING PARTIES.  APPOINTMENTS ARE BOOKED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS AND ARE NOT SCHEDULED UNTIL DEPOSIT IS MADE.  A 48 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO USE DEPOSIT TOWARDS RESCHEDULING.  IF NOT GIVEN PROPER NOTICE, DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE.

Is Considered to be a person who does not show up to a scheduled appointment regardless if it is confirmed prior to or not. Also, a person who does not give a 48 hour notice of cancellation or reschedule will be obligated to the following fees in order to reschedule:
Reschedule Fee for any service less than $100 - $25.00 (only)
Reschedule Fees for services $100 + - $25.00 + 1/2 of total services down
